wow! again what a day! weather in the low eighties; both my KLW's joined me in a 4:00 round of golf at Sunset Grove Golf Course (outside Forest Grove). Kristi did very well, again; Karina got "back into form" about the 2nd-3rd hole. Though we all got tired, what a hoot, just having fun together! We laughed and talked and had a jolly good time!
then went to dinner at the Rock Creek Tavern. only one waitperson serving the outside tables, gave us more time for conversation. the meal was (wouldn't you know) a little less than we expected (taste wise), but again the waitperson came through and gave us 2 beers and one meal credit! Yay, Rock Creek Tavern employees! She got a tip about the cost of the reimbursement ... so worth it!
got home and Kristi decided to show us the outfit for a bachelorette party she's hosting in August. included a pic or two so you could get the pleasure for the color pink! (Rhoda and Larry - it's a surprise for Meagan...isn't this the perfect Meagan outfit?).
we even spent some time at Les Schwab (the tire factory) to get some tires. loved the sign that accompanied the exit door - although it was a bit profound for me ...
I thought it meant I had gas and wondered how did they know???
enough for now - gotta walk all my ladies and Sunny.
g'nite.

That is one of the most peculiarly worded signs. Glad you figured it out and felt 'free' to leave (notice the lack of the verb "discharge")the tire place w/o fear of unmet expectations.
ReplyDeleteIt's a delightful summer day here - low humidity.
More company coming tomorrow for lunch, so we need to get crackin' on that idea soon!
