Just Trying Something New

not sure if this will work or not, but will try to show the first 4 days pics here - no commentary, but I think all pics are captioned.  enjoy!

if this works, I may embed the last days on a daily basis ... or not

pictures from first day - but they're backwards ...

and these are backwards, too

day 2 - Pearl Harbor - and yeah, these are backwards, too

day 3 to the Volcano - and you guessed it ... backwards.
I must be using a Hebrew computer!

day 4 -  lazy day at Manini Beach - guess what???
these are chronologically correct!!!
no idea why, though.

  1. Um, Mark and Judy, why do I only see the left 1/3 of each picture? The other 2/3 of the screen -- BLACK! Did I do something wrong? Oh surely not; please tell me it was Dan that did wrong -- tee-hee.

Hey, Dan and Karina, you started the day with lots of food; that was a 'given.' Then, evidently you made it the rest of the day until you hit 'little Italy.' Good for you! Yea!

You're seeing some beautiful scenery; what a gift God made over there -- or, is that down and over there? Whatever, it is gorgeous!

  3. Ours are fine. They immediately go into slideshow w/o initiation. I wonder if Ms B isn't waiting long enough for all the frames to appear. Give it more time, Rhoda, and see if the other 'black' areas come alive w/ images from Hawaii.

  4. Oh, I see; it's that 'virtue' thingy again -- "Rhoda, patience is a virtue." Ha!

Actually, after being reprimanded by both siblings, I tried it again today and, sure enough, there were the full-screen images. Kind of like when a woman takes the car to the shop, 'cuz it's making a strange sound. Does it make that strange sound when in the shop? Are you kidding? That'd be too easy. So, a little rollin' of the eyes, a little "toldja so" and the woman can be on her way again -- AFTER BEING PATIENT!!!!!

I did think it was very kind though, Dan, that you offered that you may have messed up. Made me feel so special - ha!
