a few minutes before the day comes to a close. last minute shopping and jaunts keep us busy. since Karina is the "tour nurse" had to get all the medical files of the travelers onto pdf files and save them in her ipod. goodness knows what we'd have to do to carry pieces of paper with us on a trip!
been reading "Luther" by Gustav Just for night-time sharing. the book's copyright is 1903, so it's more of an original source! hah. but good reading nonetheless. funny how language has changed over the last 100 years. is this book they gathered fagots together to burn books and heretics at the stake! don't think one can use that term quite so frivolously today!
guess what? I walked to lunch today - and it wasn't next door at the CLC! went .4 of a mile ... or something like that. when I left the restaurant I couldn't remember where I parked the truck. not too dumb!
we also walked this evening after dinner - superb hamburgers prepared by moi (I sometimes still lapse in my native tongue?)
while on the walk we are reminded of God's angels traveling with us ... at least that's what I make of it.

Yah, you've been quiet for a couple of days! Makes sense you are gettin' ready. Need to look at that itinerary. We are excited to be going to Germany with you! :)
